“I took this photo while hiking in Palccoyo, one of the Rainbow Mountains in Peru. In my photography practice I`m often attracted to colours and patterns, so I loved capturing the local villagers and their colourful dresses complementing the beautiful tones of the landscape. While I struggled with the lack of oxygen during the climb, the trickiest part was changing the film roll in my camera on the windy mountain peak at 5,000 meters altitude.”

“This shot was taken at Swoyambhu Mahachaitya temple in Kathmandu at sunrise, there was a gorgeous hazy light that morning. There where monkeys everywhere but what caught my eye was the fact that every now and then a monkey would cross this rope bridge, perfectly framing the monkey so I set up and waited for the right moment and this is what I captured.”
